How it works

The purpose is to resolve issues whether they are physical, emotional or mental and gain greater freedom and power and to discover and clarify your soul's purpose in this life.

 

Regression therapy is about getting to the root cause of a symptom or issue that you might be experiencing and is holding you back from fulfilling your greatest potential in life. The initial event that caused the symptom to develop may be rooted in childhood, in later life or in a past-life - some of which may be below the level of our conscious awareness.

An example from the current life may be a phobia and a more complex one post traumatic stress from childhood trauma or a life threatening situation. The symptoms may include panic attacks, emotional outbursts, blocked feelings, self harm, numbness, unexplainable physical pain or recurring relationship problems.

Past-life regression can also be taken as a fascinating journey into the past and the Soul’s journey, to gain insight and spiritual understanding. Seeing the Soul in other lives can give insight into the patterns and themes that develop over many lives and help to understand our purpose in the current life.

What to expect

Sessions are usually 2-3 hours in length, with clients lying down, fully clothed and using hypnosis and relaxation techniques to be able to enter an open state where memories can surface and the past can be explored in a safe and helpful manner. Although you may be in a state of deep relaxation, you will still be in control of the session and be able to stop it at any point.

 

The session will end with a review and some time to integrate the session and to make sure that you are fully grounded and ready to re-enter the world outside of the session with new tools and awareness and hopefully a fascinating and meaningful story to take with you and explore in more detail as you reflect on it over the coming weeks and months.
